With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Dahlton establishes the scope and direction of meetings and events, executes all the strategy, contracts and logistics , fulfilling each meeting to exceed the company’s goals, stakeholders and delegates’ expectations. Currently a Trustee with the Incentive Research Foundation, Dahlton focuses on education, and continues to be an advocate for the incentive industry. Additional industry involvement includes: Commissioner for Association of Destination Management Executives’ Accredited Destination Management Company (ADMC) Commission and former Vice President of Education & Advocacy for Society of Incentive Travel Executives Florida (SITE Florida).

Dahlton was named Collaborate Magazines Top 40 under 40 in 2012, Incentive Travel Council’s Advocate of the Year in 2010 and within her company, SFN Group’s Unsung Hero Award in 2009. Additional Industry awards include South Florida Meeting Professionals International Committee Person of the Year 2006, Meeting Planner of the year for both 2004 and 2002, and the 2002 President’s award. In 2005 Dahlton was Award Biz Bash Florida’s Corporate Planner of the Year and in 2004 was a selected finalist for Event Solutions’ Corporate Planner of the Year.
