Eldon Gale is the Director of Sales Recognition and Meeting Management for Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio. He leads a team of 12 that design, plan and execute sales incentives and business meetings for Nationwide Insurance, Allied Insurance and Nationwide Financial among others. He is a sitting board member for Financial Insurance Conference Planners (FICP) and serves on the Insurance advisory boards for Ritz Carlton, Destination Hotels and Resorts, Krisam Group and Fairmont.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Eldon studied Communications and Public Relations at The University of Utah and Brigham Young University. He is an accomplished classical vocalist and enjoys all forms of live theater, cooking, creative writing, gardening and travel. Eldon and his wife Tricia are the proud parents of three beautiful children.
